What happens if my candidate doesn't work out within the first 90 days.

You won't have to pay anything! We are committed to finding you the right fit and you will only be invoiced for a successful placement.
How do you find your candidates?

We believe that genuine human connection is one of the best recruiting tools. We are constantly attending networking events, job fairs, festivals and any other events that we can attend. We are always talking to potential future candidates and making connections. We also use the latest recruiting technology and we also constantly monitor labor market conditions to come up with creative ways to be successful.
What positions do you recruit for?

We do everything and anything. Typically our clients use us for harder to fill roles, but we are confident we can find you the right fit no matter what you're looking for. Do you offer temp-to-hire services?

Unfortunately, we only offer direct-hire services at this time. We can make some wonderful recommendations for temp-to-hire services.
How can I pay my invoice?

We accept checks, major credit cards and wire transfers.
Is my company committed to anything if we use your services and we fill the roll internally or the candidate doesn't work out within 90 days?

Nope! That's one of the best part about our services! We don't charge you anything, until you hire a successful candidate and you have a Rockstar on your team!
What major cities do you recruit in?

We are based in Denver Colorado, but have the ability to recruit anywhere in the country. We have a robust video conferencing system and have recruited in major cities across the U.S.
